Performance of an employee is said to be good if he has a high work motivation, can complete the task given on time, always contribute and have good attitude and behavior according to work standards that have been determined both by the organization and the values prevailing in the environment he work. To realize this goal, it requires skilled employees, achievers and professionals so that employees will always be responsive to the needs of the company. Every company basically wants and demands that all employees always finish their work as well as possible.
